High Risk Programs

High Risk Programs

Metro Nashville’s Office of Family Safety is dedicated to improving our collaborative response to interpersonal violence and eliminating domestic violence homicides.  Each of our high risk programs is rooted in this commitment to enhance our collective response around the highest risk cases of interpersonal violence and these programs’ success depend on the tireless work of our partner agencies.

Each of the programs below focus on interpersonal violence that involves high levels of violence and risk.  The High Risk Programs’ goals are to:

  • Enhance Nashville’s multi-disciplinary response to high risk issues and cases through case review, team meetings, and collaboration.
  • Increase prevention and awareness efforts around high risk issues and cases in conjunction with our Training & Outreach Team.
  • Improve our service provision to clients in OFS Safety Centers that indicate they are experiencing high risk abuse in conjunction with our OFS Client Services Programs.
